We highly recommend sticking to lochs for paddle boarding unless you are experienced with coastal paddling.  By this we mean you have a full understanding of coastal navigation, tidal planning, how the wind affects paddling, what equipment to take to stay safe etc.  If you want to experience coastal paddling book in for a trip/dedicated coastal lesson with us.

We discourage paddling/swimming at Loch Fleet, between Golspie & Embo.  This area is a National Nature Reserve and has breeding seals and other animals/birds which have been disturbed by paddle boarders before.  Respect our wildlife and enjoy the Nature Reserve from land.
